Hospital Plus includes a module that helps to manage the stock and have accurate, real-time inventory of all drugs. With a few clicks the system can be set up to prompt designated users of the need to reorder. This module also keeps track of the movement of stock items from one store to another. It also, monitors the expiry dates of stock items and sends notifications to the end-user.
When patients arrive at the hospital to get treatment, they often consider waiting in line to be an unpleasant activity. Long waiting lines make them feel uncomfortable especially when the issue of “whose next to go in?”. This is often results into a chaotic situation.
Our Highly Intelligent Queue Management System enables the hospital to increase operational efficiency and service quality by streamlining queue management and reducing patient wait times. Without any human intervention, it is able to identify all patients on queues at different service points and then resolve whose turn it is next to see the doctor or nurse, etc. And then it match-makes the next on queue with the next available consultant. This match-making process is immediately accompanied with an audible automated voice announcement. Which enables the patients include physically impaired patients know that their attention is required at a certain location.
The Inpatient module has been designed such that all the key information about a patient on admission (E.g. patient assessment, lab, radiology, vitals collection, input and output chart, medication information, etc) and all other relevant information about the patient can all be viewed on a hand-held device. This is particularly convenient for the doctor or nurse who has to move from one bed to another to access patients and capture vital information in electronic form. This module also comes along with a special nurse call system that allows the patient push a button from his smart phone and then get the attention of the nurse.
The system captures a comprehensive medical history of the regular walk-in patient. The medial records of the patient is built-up piece-by-piece as the patient is passed from one medical personnel to another. The systematic flow of the patient is built on top of a workflow pattern that mirrors the company’s operational procedure. This reduces the human factor in the process of enforcing business polices thus allow the automated system attain high level of accuracy and compliance.
This module enables the departments in the hospital to assign team members to specific shifts on specific days within the month. The module also assists the HR department in seeing a bigger picture of Annual Leave Schedules, Off Duty-Days, Absenteeism and very importantly late-coming. With the roster management module, the IT department can be sure that only staff that have been assigned to a shift will successfully gain access to the application.
Health Insurance Cover Management:
Hospital Plus is designed to work with various Health Insurance Schemes that have various health care packages for each patient. The system is capable of quickly learning the peculiarities of each and every plan and then efficiently resolve if a certain patient using a particular plan is covered for a particular service or not. This singular, unique feature completely eliminates the time and effort needed to check through huge chunks of paper documents in order to be able to identify coverage per patient.
Billing & Claims Management:
The billing and claims management modules together ensure that every service rendered are properly classified, accurately priced and legibly printed( as a claim form) for onward dispatch to the respective health management organization for further processing. Alternatively the claim form can be kept in PDF format and then shared with other stakeholders via the internet. This ensures that the hospital cuts down on the use of paper and also the cost of printing huge volumes of documents monthly. The billing system adequately puts into consideration the various plans as well applying of the correct and agreed tariffs for every client
Notification & Alert System:
The notification and alert modules make it possible for the software to give feedback to end-user on critical issues that require prompt action or just a notice. Pharmacy gets an email when an item is depleted below its configured re-order level, doctors are notified of the last time an anti-hypertensive patient visited the hospital to get a his routine drugs. Other events that trigger an alert or notification are: next appointment is tomorrow, reminder of the next antenatal-visit, birthday greetings, notification on what is covered or not, etc. SMS/Email alert also sent to a nurse when it’s time for a particular inpatient to take his/her drug.
This module is a feature that makes it easy to identify a registered patient. In some emergency situations, a patient may be unconscious and will not be able to provide any information about him/herself. With this feature, we only need to use the patient’s unique bio-signature to retrieve all the bio-data as well as medical history.
The Biometric Integration also helps to eliminate impersonation. The system is integrated with fingerprint device which will scan the patient fingerprint and get all his needed information on the hospital plus (if the patient is a registered patient)
Downtime refer to periods when the software is unavailable due to some reasons such as network communication failure, power outages, system failures (such as a crash) etc. This phenomenon may cause a greater setback and loss of information to the hospital if not properly handled, that is why we have provided a module, within the software to handle downtime.
Digital signing refers to the electronic capture of customer’s signature through the use of high end digital device, for the purpose of security and verification. Our software provides an attractive interface for capturing patients’ signatures which is then used for verification of transaction that happens during the visit. This feature eliminates the need to print the document. Hence ensuring that minimal cost is incurred in keeping paper documents.
Account Software Integration
Our software provides high end integration and interoperation with financial accounting systems, so that the financial activities that happens through this software are not only being recorded internally by the software, but is also available to be used on financial accounting systems for numerous purposes such as auditing, generating of financial report and many more.
The system which currently supports Tally ERP 9, makes our software unique because you can always get all the details of the financial transactions taking advantage of the robust features of a full-fledged accounting system such as Tally ERP 9.
Data synchronization is the process of data exchange between two or more systems resulting in keeping only the actual data on the synchronized systems. This module addresses the challenges of operating an automated system in regions where internet access is poor.
Our software support the use of two way server data-sync management system, for online server and the on-premise local server. That makes it possible for data to seamlessly travel from local sources to remote sources and vice versa and maintain the same data. Our software uses a data sync management system to move all the information capture on the local server to the remote online server, and also all transaction that is captured online is moved to the local server securely without any data loss. So that at all time both the online server and local server contains the same up to date information.
Our software comes with a rich full-featured enrollee interaction module with high end user interface for capturing patient bio-data, signature, images and more. This system has been built to allow the patient interact with his/her medical record without being inside the hospital facility.
Once a patient enters his login detail, the software gives this patient access to his/her information in many dimensions such as medical history, bio-data, hospital chat, testimonial and lots more.
The enrollee interaction interface allows a patient to give access to any hospital to use his/her medical record for treatment purposes while in the hospital facility. This is a high-end security control system for the security of a patient medical record, placed directly in the patient hands.

Our software uses analytics and reporting to visualize data from all the transaction captured so that you can better understand all your processes and drive continual improvement.
Performance Analytics enables you to track, aggregate, and visualize key performance indicators over time, which is a key for any medical facility, rather than reporting on a point in time.
Reporting enables you to create and distribute reports that show the current state of captured data, such as how many patient have malaria for the month of May, or how many babies are born this month etc. You have access to all of the data from transaction captured as repot which can be downloaded for further usage.
Data Exchange Services
Our software provide an interface to accept data from third party service providers such as laboratories, diagnostics etc. and the third party service provider can submit the result of the patient visit back into the software using the data exchange services. Such providers can directly exchange data with our software by going to the data exchange portal of the software and recording the appropriate medical transaction such as imaging or diagnostic scan result.
This means that any hospital using our software can provide its own portal to all its third party service provider, where those provider can record the result of the patient visit, with this service there is no need for a patient to be going around to collect result from third party service provider because the result will be made available by the provider to the hospital through the data exchange service.
Our software has a secure identity verification system which is used to ensure that the end users transacts only with the real person. The service verifies the authenticity of physical identity of such people, using technologies like fingerprint and image capture.
It was developed to help companies verify the identity of each users and customers so that any report generated by the system at any time is the authentic information of the real person, not an impersonation of any kind. Such reports could be used directly by the company or submitted to a regulatory authority without breaching any impersonation law.
It also helps settle any issues concerning billing, because the organization is sure that the bills generated for a patient’s visit actually belongs to the original person.
Room Allocation System:
The room allocation system is used to create a virtual instance of every rooms from which medical staff renders treatment to patients. (E.g. consulting rooms, nursing station, laboratory, pharmacy and many more). Also it is being used in routing patients to the specific rooms where they need to be for treatment to be rendered to them.
Room allocation system makes sure that each user is directed to the right room for treatment. Our software automatically manages routing of patients to and from different rooms based on their purpose of visit. For example a patient that is coming from a consulting room is directed automatically to the lab if a test has been recommended by the doctor. The room allocation system enables the audio caller of the queue management system to audibly pronounce the right room where a patient should go next for treatment.
